Alan Brent Photography is a bad, bad, bad business. Many, Many couples are not getting their albums and other items from Alan Brent, not to mention they NEVER answer the phone. I got married in 2004 and have nothing but proofs and one enlargement. If you are need to file a complaint please contact Morine Merritt.

Alan Brent Photography — Alan Brent does not deliver, please read! We hired Alan Brent to photograph our 8-21-04 wedding and paid him $2700 for one of his better album packages. To this date 3-08, we still do not have our Wedding Album, Parent Albums, Wedding Enlargement, photo CD, and many other items.

Alan Brent Wedding Photographers. My advice is to avoid them. If you do use them, be sure that there are firm, precise delivery dates for all segments of the process (written in the contract), especially the final album proofs and the ultimate final wedding album delivery from Alan Brent Photograpy.

Avoid Alan Brent Photography at all costs!!!!!1 – I paid $2700 to have Alan Brent Photography do my wedding photos and albums for my August 2004 wedding. Today is March 6, 2008 and I still don't have enlargements, albums, CD's with photos and they do not call back.

Alan Brent Photography. It's really very simple. The contract stated that they would give us the proofs in three weeks. Three weeks after the wedding, we did NOT have them. They rarely call us back when we call to inquire about when our final albums will be done. Nearly six months after sending our selections, we haven't seen any album proofs.
