    Ernst Haas has probably used slow shutter speed (below 60) to get the movement picture because if the shutter speed is below 60 then you would need a stand or something that could hold your camera still while you take the photo, otherwise it would be blurry. There isn't a main focal point in this photo but the lighting goes from dark to light.
