They make a direct positive paper for pinhole cameras. Other than the advantage of direct positive paper, I would look for paper that doesn't have developer incorporated. Read a bit about it here, then google it Basically, most RC (resin coated, plastic ilke paper, as opposed to fiber based) papers have developer incorporated. This is usually nice in the darkroom, they develop faster, …

Preflashing the front of the paper, using a dimmer enlarger light (lens at f/32) for 2 seconds with grade 2 light, then normal in-camera pinhole exposure onto grade 2 RC paper for ~1/2 of "normal" daylight exposure yields: nice paper negative with good tonal range, albeit a bit soft. And no graininess or clumpiness in shadows.

Cut a hole in the side and insert an aluminium pinhole of around 2mm. Buy a 6m x 142cm roll of photographic paper. (A snip at £65-00!). Trim down a 142cm x 100cm sheet and tape it around the inside of the bin. Tape down the lid and place a light-tight ‘shutter’ over the pinhole. Cart it off to the seaside I top of Ben Nevis. I took an image of the pinhole and viewed it on my computer. 'A' was 160mm, 'B' was 5mm and the equivalent distance to A on the actual camera (C) was 11mm. The actual pinhole diameter was therefore 5x (11/160) = 0.34mm. The f-number is focal length divided by the pinhole diameter which is 180/0.34 = 524.

Pinhole Photography: Taking a Photo (Exposure Times)

Your pinhole camera is ready to go! For this type of pinhole camera, instead of 35mm film, you’ll be using B&W photo paper (see the source list at the bottom of the post). Albuquerque, Shooter. Pinhole. Dec 20, 2014. #5. I've been using Arista EDU grade 2 RC paper for years. It has no watermark, and has a paper speed of ISO P 400 when used absent any filtration. I recall that MG papers like Ilford have a base paper speed of around ISO P 260 or so; a bit slower.
