All of the sample images in this review were taken using the 16 megapixel Fine JPEG setting, which gives an average image size of around 5Mb. The Fujifilm X-M1 produces images of outstanding quality. It recorded noise-free JPEG images at ISO 100 all the way up to 6400, with a little noise at ISO 12800 and more visible noise an…

One thing that the X-M1 has in common with its more expensive siblings is its sensor. We've been impressed with this 16 megapixel X-Trans APS-C CMOS sensor in our reviews of cameras like the X-E1 and X100S, with JPEG quality so high that you rarely need to use Raw. If you want to learn how X-Trans sensors work, head on over to our X-E1 review.

First, the camera has a high resolution 3″ 920K dot tiltable LCD screen (the X-E1 has a lower-end 2.8″ LCD screen at 460K dots). Second, the X-M1 is the first Fuji mirrorless camera to come with Wi-Fi for wireless connectivity with computers, tablets, and smartphones. Third, the X-M1 is very compact and light, thanks to its plastic construction.

photography blog Sunday, September 8, 2013. Fujifilm X-M1 Review The Fujifilm X-M1 is a lightweight compact system camera featuring a retro design that bears more than a passing resemblance to its bigger brothers, the X-E1 and the X-Pro1. At the heart of the X-M1 is the same 16.3 megapixel APS-C sized “X-Trans” CMOS sensor, which has a ...

Fujifilm X-M1 Review: Digital Photography Review

    https://www.dpreview.com/reviews/fujifilm-x-m1/2
When Fujifilm introduced its X-system back in January 2012, it took the unusual step of starting out with a top-end professional model - the retro-looking but technologically innovative X-Pro1, which features the company's unique 'hybrid' optical/electronic viewfinder. Nine months later it followed this up with the enthusiast-orientated X-E1, which offers much the …

Fujifilm X-M1 Review: Digital Photography Review

    https://www.dpreview.com/reviews/fujifilm-x-m1/4
Here's the Fujifilm X-M1 sitting in between the smallest SLR on the market, the Canon EOS 100D, and one of the smallest APS-C mirrorless models, the Canon EOS M. The X-M1 is much more compact than the SLR, despite having about the same size sensor and if anything, slightly more external control. It's not so much larger than the EOS M, either ...

Fujifilm XM1 review | Cameralabs

    https://www.cameralabs.com/fujifilm_x-m1/4/
The X-M1 is Fujifilm’s attempt to broaden the appeal of the X Series beyond its narrow enthusiast following, in some ways it’s more consumer-friendly, but ultimately, as well as being less expensive, it’s a less exciting, less capable camera than the E-P5. See my Olympus EP5 review for more details Compared to Panasonic Lumix GF6

Fujifilm X-H1 Review | Photography Blog

    https://www.photographyblog.com/reviews/fujifilm_x_h1_review
The Fujifilm X-H1 produces images of outstanding quality. It recorded noise-free JPEG images at ISO 100 all the way up to 6400, with a little noise at ISO 12800 and more visible noise and slight colour desaturation at the faster settings of ISO 25600 and 51200, an amazing performance for a camera with an APS-C sensor.
