    In Bortle 2 skies if the transparency is good the Rosette nebula will be easy to see with a 4" refractor if you are able to achieve a wide field at low power. Using either the UHC or the OIII will make it even easier to see. Go for your lowest power and widest field, hopefully employing one of those filters (start with the UHC if possible.)
