The wage was hardly anything and scheduling kept changing constantly because of the people's differing schedules and how appointments would get booked overnight like crazy sometimes. - I was so excited to be hired as a staff member of Lifetouch, and I soon found out that the training was inadequate it was so minimal, technical issues were rather frequent, and support was not always available. For the incredible amount of responsibility given to the photographers, staff are grossly underpaid for their labours.
