    The Okinotorishima Island is the southernmost island in Japan, located at N 20°25 E 136°04. It's part of Ogasawara Village, Tokyo. The island is about 1,700 km south of central Tokyo, and it takes roughly 4 days by boat to get there. It's also about 900 km away from the Chichijima Island of the Ogasawara Islands.
