    While Kodak's Polycontrast paper (RC) was developer-incorparated, it wasn't recommended by stabilization processing although Kodak did say some uses might be acceptable. Not sure who recommended this originally, but with Kodak and Agfa RC paper it was recommended to put activator in both bottles and immediately put print in fixing solution.
