    In general, if it's in public, you can film/photograph it. A few years back, they passed a new law that says if you photograph someone and the photo could embarrass them sexually (or something to that effect), it's illegal. It's a stupid law because if you take a picture of someone on the beach, it's THEIR decision if you have broken the law.
