I've been searching extensively on Amazon, BHPhotoVideo, AliExpress etc and Googling my fingers off but to no avail - at best what I could find are cheap imitations of these, which don't look as good. - The muslin backdrops are very prone to wrinkles, so I ended up buying a roll of backdrop from Calumet to create a nice seamless (and wrinkle-free) setup. I prefer the cheaper studio gear over DIY because it looks more professional to clients and is (somewhat) portable for those times when I need to take the studio to the client.

- If I had a wrinkled backdrop, I'd probably try to over expose the backdrop about 2-3stops without it having an affect on my subject. I would strongly recommend paper backgrounds, as they are great for wrinkle free backdrops. I would suggest giving it a good wash in the washing machine if the dryer didn't take care of it.

- Personally my most used back drops are the pop-up backdrops you can get on amazon. The black and white reversible one is super useful as you can use it as a massive reflector or for negative fill. I have two of them. Prices vary from ~50ish to 100 depending on brand, quality. My favorite is my hand painted one from studio hut which was closer to $100.
